JESSICA MATTHEWS
Program Director
Jessica shares that her personal journey led her to Living In Recovery: “The passion and gratitude I have for this organization turns work into service; a place where I want to be rather than a place I have to be.” Jessica plays a lead role in developing and implementing programs and activities; supporting peer recovery specialists; and coordinating interviews, intakes, and discharges. She has tremendous insight and knowledge into community needs, advocating and volunteering wherever possible. She has brought this insight and knowledge to the forefront, and she demonstrates her leadership skills by supporting a team to provide a safe, clean recovery atmosphere with accountability and structure in each of our family-style homes. She loves being part of a team that contributes to long-term measurable and successful outcomes for LIR residents.
